RETAIL EXPERIENCE VIRGIN VOYAGES

Breaking the mould of nautical retail for Virgin Voyages’ debut ship, the Scarlet Lady.

 

We designed 14 contemporary retail experiences that challenges the standard style of a cruise ship retail.  We used innovative materials and created an open plan retail environment.  Additionally, we focused on the customer experience and created versatile spaces, primed for music, art, and interactive brand experiences. Up-and-coming brands with sustainable backgrounds sit along-side a pared-back selection of international labels, all with contemporary flair & elegance.

The devil is in the detail.

 

Our modular design has unexpected organic shapes which makes the shopping experience interesting yet operationally smart and flexible.
